About Us - Training
Bodill Construction is renowned for its training, with a dedication and commitment from the top down. We have strong links with both of the local comprehensive schools and continue to annually take on a number of apprentices each year in various trades. This has resulted in us being a Company which has probably over the years trained more in the local construction industry than any of its competitors resulting in a highly qualified and dedicated workforce.
We are actively involved with our local Construction Industry Training Board (C.I.T.B.) office and work in partnership with Nottingham City Council through the NECTA scheme.
The Company has adopted the principles of “Respect for People” from the M4I agenda and in our continuing development of training, we with the Construction Industry Training Board provide training not only for our apprentices, but for all site operatives, office staff and management and all are encouraged to better themselves and ultimately the Company.
In early May 2003 the Company was presented with “Investors in People” award and in 2006 we were successfully re-assessed and awarded the accolade again.
