Typical contract values for the main contracting division at current prices are between £200k to £6m, however historically the Company in real money terms has carried out projects way in excess of these levels with many of its current staff.

It has gained specialist knowledge and understanding of not only the building process but also of our end users environments and brings buildability, value engineering, and sustainability issues to the front to ensure its clients receive best value whilst not sacrificing the high quality end product which the Company is renowned for.

Many of its schemes can be classed as being fast track schemes especially during the academic breaks and often also involve the working in occupied and sensitive environments. Where this is the case the Company has a clear understanding of its duties of both health and safety and general operations in such environments. The management of its sites is carried out sensitively in accordance with its environment and where necessary time and consideration is taken to educate employees and neighbours of the risks associated with a live construction site.
