The Company has wide experience in all different routes of building procurement, construction methods, types of building and is fully committed to all schemes in the hope that all the aspirations of its partners are achieved.
Every project is managed by a Director of the Company, of which three are family members and all of whom have a trade background. Through this approach we are able to offer a personal service, be pro-active in our approach, and respond quickly to problems, on all our projects. We are also able to ensure that high standards of craftsmanship are provided on all projects whilst still ensuring best value to our clients.
The Company is justifiably proud of our long history, however we are always looking to the future for new ideas, opportunities and ways of improving our service, to enable the implementation of our philosophy of producing better buildings on time within financial constraints.
The Company has been built on repeat business both formally and informally over many years, and this has been achieved because:-
- The Company remains very competitive on price, due to being a sole contracting organisation and obtaining the majority of its work through competitive tendering and negotiation.
- The quality of the product which the Company produces has been maintained and strives to be improved, this can be measured through the number of awards which the Company has received for craftsmanship over the years and the repeated custom of its clients.
- One of Bodill Construction’s objectives is to create a team environment on all of its projects, creating good working relationships with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Having survived four generations and now embarking on the transition between fourth and fifth, the business has had to change, evolve and adapt with the changes of the industry.
- Through its approach to building, and management of the whole process the Company is constantly looking at new ways of providing best value to its clients in terms of cost, quality and life cycle issues focusing on the needs of our clients and end users
