The works comprise the construction of a New Three Storey Visual and Performing Arts Building, Link Corridor and Bistro Area together with modifications and extensions to the existing buildings at Grantham College, Stonebridge Road, Grantham, Lincoln NG31 9AP.
The new arts building and associated buildings comprised reinforced in-situ and pre-cast
foundations, a structural steel frame, insulated external walls with brick, render and timber
(cedar) cladding. Metal roof coverings to a timber/steel roof structure with single ply roofing
membrane in areas, with pre-cast concrete upper floors and stairs.
