Divisions - General Building Projects

Bodill Construction General Building Projects, were created just over two years ago with the sole intent of carrying out projects from £500 up to £200,000 throughout the Midlands region, specialising in all types of building works under either minor, measured term, or schedule of rates forms of contract.

They are currently working on repair, maintenance, extension, alteration, new build, general refurbishment and renovation projects for a wide range of public and private clients including:

• Commercial Sectors
• Domestic Properties
• Educational Sectors
• Health Authorities
• Local Authorities
• Religious Institutions
• Social Housing Associations

With an annual turnover of circa £3m for the current year end, it operates out of the same head office address as Main Contracting Division and uses the support functions of the head office. This provides the flexibility and diversity required when operating and delivering in a demanding environment. With its own directly employed highly skilled team of craftsmen and multi-trade operatives, they ensure that traditional and best practice techniques are provided to ensure quality is not compromised.

With a growing portfolio of successfully completed contracts, and adopting the same nature and ethos of the whole organisation, quality and craftsmanship is guaranteed through a widely experienced and dedicated team who use tried and tested management techniques ensuring optimum productivity with the minimal amount of disruption to its clients. This is particularly demonstrated where working in occupied premises where a great deal of emphasis is placed upon client/tenant liaison.
