From the M1 at junction 27 take the A608 (Mansfield Road) signed posted to Mansfield, continue over the first island (second exit) until you reach the junction with the A611 (Derby Road/Annesley Road) where you should take a right signposted to Hucknall.

Continue down the dual carriageway through Annesley Forest until you reach the Island at the bottom (The international Clothing Centre should be straight facing you), take the first exit on to the B6011, and then take the first exit at the mini-island signposted Linby.

Continue down the B6011 (Wighay Road) over the railway crossing and take the second exit on to Waterloo Road.

Continue along Waterloo Road for about 1/3 mile and take the first road on the right into Robey Close and Park Place is the second building on the left hand side.
